Practice primarily limited to family law and domestic relations in Santa Fe, Rio Arriba, and Los Alamos Counties, New Mexico
Out of state clients represented if the spouse, ex spouse, or significant-other resides in the above counties and if there is no outstanding case in another state. In some cases, if there is a child support or child custody issue, and neither of the parties are still living in the state that issued the last child support or custody order, it may be possible to file a case in New Mexico. I can also represent New Mexico clients in counties other than Santa Fe, Rio Arriba, and Los Alamos Counties if they have an uncontested matter. I can also represent clients outside of those three counties if they are in nearby counties (such as Taos, San Miguel, Sandoval, or Bernalillo Counties), but fees for travel time would be an issue in such cases.
