Although I handle all types of divorce/paternity cases, including post decree modifications and enforcement, I prefer the more peaceful, work it out cases, rather than knockdown "War of the Roses" fight it out cases. I have found, through my years of practice, that the peaceful resolutions are no worse than the heavily contested results, and everybody feels a lot better afterwards. Some people only think about winning the battle, and fail to realize that, by doing so, they usually lose the war. Or, to look at it another way, if you fight too hard during a divorce or a post decree modification, it may be difficult for both parents to both be at their children's wedding years later. In my years of practice I have learned this lesson, and I pass it along to my clients. (Fees are often considerably lower, too, when disputes are resolved more peaceably.)

Therefore, if you are interested in proceeding in a peaceful manner, I welcome you.

Also I serve darn good coffee.
